A resident cardholder shall not obtain more than a total of twenty-four (24) MMCEUs of allowable medical cannabis in thirty (30) days from a dispensary or a combination of dispensaries.
A maximum of six (6) MMCEUs of medical cannabis shall be dispensed per week to a nonresident cardholder; A maximum of twelve (12) MMCEUs of medical cannabis shall be dispensed to a nonresident cardholder in a consecutive fifteen (15) day period.
