My application was returned; how do I correct it?

To correct your application, login to the MMCP Licensing Portal, go to the Applications menu on the left-hand side, and select the application you would like to edit. You will need to resubmit your application after you have edited it in order for it to be reviewed. The “Date” on the Questions & Attestations tab must be today’s date in order to be submitted.
