Yes. They must medically qualify and have an active identification card for the use of medical cannabis in his/her state of residence. Applications can be made up to thirty (30) days before arriving in Mississippi, and cards are valid for fifteen (15) days. See 15 Miss. Code Ann. Pt. 22, RR. 2.4.1, 2.4.2, 2.4.3, and 2.4.4.
