How do I apply to be a designated caregiver?

First, you must be designated as a caregiver by a patient who is already approved for the program. You can apply to be a designated caregiver through the Mississippi Medical Cannabis Program website and clicking on the Licensing Portal. You will also need a notarized Designation of Caregiver Form and upload it with your application. The Designation of Caregiver Form must be notarized by the adult patient or parent/guardian of a minor patient.
