My application for a medical cannabis identification card as a patient was denied. How can I appeal this decision and how long do I have?

A Mississippi resident may bring a petition for judicial review of the agency’s denial of your application in the circuit court located in the county where you reside within twenty (20) days after the issuance of the decision. If you are a non-Mississippi resident, you may bring a petition for judicial review of the agency's denial of your application in the Circuit Court of the First Judicial District of Hinds County, Mississippi within twenty (20) days after the issuance of the decision.
